Ive been playing a campaign coop with a friend, she was the host. All had been well for at least a few weeks of playing, until yesterday we had tried to play and I had a window pop up on my end the YAML Vanillia savegame conversion.

After hitting space to confirm a second window comes up immediently after Vanillia savegame conversion finished. Upon hitting space to confirm that window I lose access to modifying mechs and all the other tabs YAML usually allows me such as viewing the mech market or starmap.

We hadent added or changed any mods at that point. From her end she tried loading an older save and starting a mission and leaving then having me join. Neither worked.

This is the second time this has happened and we really dont want to restart the campaign again especially after getting so close to seeing the clans show up. Is there any way to fix this?
