Squashing vehicles and flying away
In the initial missions, when I try to step on the tanks, SRM carriers, etc. to destroy them, my mech is sent flying a kilometer above the ground or even outside of the map entirely.

Is there a fix for this? Haven't found anything like that even in the Bobbert's menu.

I had that too, but I believe yesterday's bigfix mentioned something about that, and fixed it. I also turned on the YAML option that tanks die instantly when stepped on. One of those things fixed it for me, cause I haven't had the problem since.

You can try fix that with option "tank step-on death" in options - mod-options - yaml
