Up-Engining a 'Mech doesn't increase it's speed
What the title says! Putting a bigger engine into a mech claims it'll increase its top speed, but that's not actually working for me. Forget the exact engines involved, but swapped the engine in a Panther to one that claimed it would increases its top speed to 97.2km/h. In missions it kept the same 64km/h top speed though. Not sure why- repeated later in a different save with an Enforcer.

I am using a variety of other mods, suppose it might be a load order conflict, just not sure what when everything else seems to be working?

Update: It was a load order issue. Reorganized load order and everything seems to be working now. Only problem is I can't turn headlights off?

Not at the moment, sorry. Haven't redone mods and stuff since the last major update/DLC.
