(Curiously, there is an in-game policy that says it allows for over educated cims to be hired anywhere, once activated. Does this mean the game already does what the EOW.V2 mod does?)
Think I'm going to just un-sub EDS for the time being and keep an eye out for what the future holds on bridging these numerous conflicts.
BTW, why is "AnimUV Params" mentioned in opening post? Is that also conflicting with EDS? Baffles me how an animation mod effects EDS, but it's also my understanding that mod is (long since) in need of an update as it causes asset flickering effects to occur. (Boformer has indeed made a newer, more stable version.)
I'll try now Employ Overeducated Workers mod on top of that, because I curiously, there isn't any in-game policy saying it allows for over educated cims to be hired anywhere.
