What's been done so far.
Here's an elaborate list of what this mod changes. I used the spoiler tag in case you want to find out for your own.

What's done so far. Version 0.70 on 19/06/05

*- New

Rebalance:
=================================================================

- (Rebalancing Part 1) Rebalanced the penalties on lower tier skeleton-made limbs (hiver-made are untouched). First step, Athletics: The penalties were too extreme and nerfed low-level skeletons far more than I intended. In the vanilla game, this wasn't important because you'd almost never use lower tier skeleton-made limbs. Either hiver-made in early game or higher grade skeleton-made in mid to end game. But now they are on a LOT of weak Skeleton NPCs and on every Player Skeleton Character at Game Start. And always all 4 of them so the penalties stack up. Will be doing more rebalancing later...
- (Rebalancing Part 2) Well, that turned out to be quite the effort. I made a huge spreadsheet and now have extensive data on every value of every robotic limb there is. Found several small bugs and inconsistencies, as well as some over- and underpowered items... be it in the vanilla game files or in my mod. Long story short, I did a complete rebalance of almost all values. Expect much more reasonable and streamlined stats than before. I consider the mod finished in that regard.
- Completely reworked the Limb Distribution Table. Expect far more varied spawns than previously. I consider the mod finished in that regard.
- Changed a lot of limb quality values on different NPCs after I found out which values lead to correct quality grade display. No more blue high grade or green specialist limbs!
- Removed Duststorm immunity from all Skeletons. They are immune to every kind of weather, that's OP in my opinion. A Skeleton's high-tech optical lenses will surely have some problems with Duststorms. To give the Skeletons some gear to counter that, I added Duststorm resistances to all body armour that also has the head covered i.e. Dust(!)coats.
*- Added all the new headgear from my now completed co-mod "You can keep your Hat on". With its reiterating changes, that mod is incompatible by the way, and should not be installed when playing with Out on a Limb.
*- All the new headgear has been distributed to the various Skeleton NPCs.
*- Fixed some small bugs here and there.

Immersion:
=================================================================
- Changed the Material for a lot of the new limb types. Now, damaged limbs have a rusty look, enhanced grade legs no longer look like KLR, and more! This is however a very basic implimentation of the feature, more sort of a Workaround. The Textures mapped to the limbs do not fit them, so on close distance it doesn't look all to good. With greater distance or in the inventory they look alright.
- I'm not a fan of generic names like "Skeleton Civilian", so I changed NPCs like that to have names.
- More NPCs changed: Added chance to spawn with 1-4 Robotics limbs to several groups of NPCs like Tech Hunters and Cannibal Hunters. See List below. If those NPCs had generic names like "Cannibal Hunter", I mostly changed them to have names, too. Due to restrictions of the FCS, these NPCs do not have Skeleton Repair Kits. So I added a Medic NPC Type to those squads who has them, as well as First Aid Kits. Will add more NPCs later.

Some of these have been added to the corresponding Vendor Lists. All Limb prices have been rebalanced. Also some Masterwork versions of these are unique as in: can only be found on certain NPCs.

Renamed Limb Types:

- "Standard" to "Enhanced". The new standard grade is the "08/15".

- Skill Reallocation Cards that can be inserted into your Skeleton's "Belt" Slot. They favor some skills but come with penalties to others. Can be bought in the Black Desert City.

New Playable Skeleton Race:

- P4 Unit. This makes sense since they spawn with Tech Hunters and others. All other Skeleton Races are not meant to be played, considering the game's lore. Also altered the P4 to be more of a Research/Support Unit, to underline the differences to the standard skeleton Unit, the now so-called 08/15 Unit, see below.

- The Standard Skeleton Unit is now the 08/15 Unit. Mass produced for exploration and warfare, they now come with enhanced sentience and personality processing and are notorius for their curiousity and strange sense of humour.

*- Limbs of Steel (dto.). Fully fleshed out this Faction: Faction leader, HQ, unique AI of roaming squads, a lot of different Worldstates, campaigns and HQ takeovers, unique captive who you can recruit.
