Added all new Headgear from the now finished co-mod "You can leave your Hat on"; distributed all Headgear to Skeleton NPCs, some more factions have the chance to spawn with robotic limbs, fully fleshed out the Limbs of Steel faction (Unique NPCs and Recruits, unique AI, Headquarter, Campaigns, World States, Town Overrides)

Completely rebalanced all Limb Types, retextured most Limb Types, more NPCs with chance for having robotic limbs, new Legion enemy and
Llimb Type, new game start, minor bug fixes

Rebalanced Athletics penalties, another new game start, most Skeleton NPCs are now named, removed Duststorm Immunity, some non-Skeleton NPCs with robotic Limbs, some bugfixing

Unlocked vanilla game starts, new game start, new limb types, new UNIQUE limbs, new limbs added to vendors and researchable/craftable, limb price rebalance, better variety in NPC limb distribution, new playable race:P4 Unit, some rebalancing to Skeleton races,... also see the elaborate list in the discussions section!
