It changes alot the medic concept but its the only type of medigun which i just found execpt, Ubering, Critzing, Quick Healing and Damage defense.
It would need to be more like a bleeding effect, but other than that it's good.

Let me fix that error.
Healing traget is given mini-crits after healing them for 10 seconds. Time is reset when switching patients.
+100% healing rate to your target while ubercharged
+100% health regen rate to self while ubercharged
Exthinguishes burning teammates after healing them for 3 seconds without switching out.
Cannot exthinguish teammates if you're burning.

You can't heal burning team-mates unless you were already healing them before they were lit on fire. That's how I understand it.
This is quite probably the best thing about this Medigun.
But the medic is for healing not for damage
