Problems
Been using this mod and it seems to affect the German/Italian/Axis ability to conquer Greece and Norway on Historical mode. Really struggling. Current game it's August 1941 and they still haven't for example.

I don't see any issues like that in my games, ofc sometimes they do struggle randomly, but it's a game, not a cinematic movie that must always go the same way.

This Italy AI buff mod seems pretty good for historical Italy. Might want to integrate the tweaks?

The motorized infantry research options are unavailable with the new mod. The MIO's work, but unable to research half-tracks for Germany. Not sure if the other nations are also affected

Is there something wrong with the Turkey Industrial Projects Decisions? After I do one of them I can't do anymore and I don't know why.

I only played Turkey maybe once, can you be more specific? What should be the correct way?
I found quite a lot of completed focuses in 1939 that don't work as they should (either didn't do anything, do not trigger events, do not grant bonuses etc, not making decisions available is also a possible fail)

Playing as Germany Historical mode. The USSR isn't attacking Poland when I invade them, And after the invasion is complete the USSR is not getting any of the Polish territory.

t 34 does not update t2 gun, 42 year my tanks have 2 times more damage, easy and boring, according to the history of t 34 you need to put t2 gun on hard attack the faster the better, german tanks in 42 burst from t34, and in 43 they put t3 gun on hard attack, in your version all immersion falls apart because of this inaccuracy

What inaccuracy, T-34 had the same basic 76mm gun all the way to 1943, and so did their heavies, their guns were actually pretty bad. From 1943 AI uses T-34-85 which uses T2 gun. AI vs AI it performs just as it should.

Don't use meta designs against AI if you want 'immersion'.

Initially, the T-34 tank was armed with a 76 mm L-11 gun with a barrel length of 30.5 calibers. Later, from February 1941, a more powerful 76 mm F-34 gun with a barrel length of 41 calibers was installed on it.

in 43 t34 had an analogue t3, if you knew history then t 34 was modernized several times and changed the gun 3 times

t1 in the game does not penetrate anything at all... and it has no damage, if we talk about immersion then t2 and then t3 in 43, and ideally t2 and a lot of armor with a script in 41, your mod of course and your business, but t1 can not stop even the most non meta tanks

in the game t2 will never penetrate the chassis of a tiger or panther, even if you just take the template that the game gives... in reality, the t34-85 was just modernized to fight against panthers and tigers

I will think about it, but:
You know I don't really like your attitude: "If you knew" "your mod, your business, but" "You should", no I shouldn't.

There isn't a T3 medium cannon, there's just a high velocity cannon, 3 levels, which Russian 76mm or 85mm gun definitely isn't, compared to german guns used (it also has worse soft attack stats, and the russian cannon was better in that regard - more HE filler). And since heavy cannon is used as a Tiger gun, Panther's 75mm as a high velocity gun, and Shermans use the basic/improved medium as well, there isn't a cannon left.

Another flaw in your assesment is: Panzer IV really shouldn't be an improved medium tank chassis (which has the armor issue you describe somewhat), it's a basic medium tank and even the game tries to portray that by giving you both the Pz.III and pz. IV basic chassis template. Maybe the very late Pz.IV with improved 80mm front armour, produced 1942+ ...

as an option in mio to attach armor penetration and armor to a medium tank as I did, I do not have the competence and skills to make a mod from scratch, your mod is going well and I climbed through common and changed some things, but believe me when you fly into a blitzkrieg in 41 and you are met first by a crowd of light tanks and in winter KV and T34 which cannot be penetrated without anti-tank guns and you are penetrated, this is exactly the experience that this mod deserves and not that disappointment when German tanks especially with the improved Henschel have a shield buff the whole game

Well in vanilla you will experience even more soviet light tanks and NO T-34s at all.
As I said I'll look at it, but no promises.
