- UK AI will try to improve relations with USA to make them more likely to help via their decisions
- removed an old 'cheat' AI event that is no longer necessary, this will give error warning in the saves, but should not cause any problems

Mod Updated for 1.16.5
- added historical airplane presets for France and fixed the default icons/3D models
- added many late modern and supersonic airplane presets for UK, USA, France, Soviet Union, Japan
- some more fixes to German tank icons and modules
- made flame tank presets (if they exist) visible in the designer and made them use correct tank chassis
- German AI will no longer create artificial Reichskommissariats out of friendly countries that are already their own puppet or in a faction with them
- German AI will no longer create Norwegian RK, as it is simply incapable of handling the resistance there (not enough manpower)
- German AI will produce a bit more heavy fighters
- UK and France will stop re-guaranteeing Czechoslovakia and Lithuania after Munich conference
- chinese/japanese warlords will hire army advisor much sooner – this fixes AI not recruiting new units, because they don't have any 'valid' infantry template (and no XP to create one)
- fixed Raj not hiring any army/navy advisors
- China and chinese/japanese minors will use correct division namelists for infantry/garrisons
- improved what advisors the chinese warlords and PRC pick
- UK will slowly fortify Gibraltar and Malta with forts during war
- UK will build a land facility earlier
- Soviet AI will build a nuclear facility (Kurchatov Institute)
- Soviet AI will utilize amphibious tanks
- fixed USA AI using amphibious tank in its templates but not actually producing any
- RAJ and Australia will build more dockyards and more ships
- Guangxi Clique will also build few dockyards to produce convoys / later ships if not conquered
- Siam will keep some reserve troops in Siam instead of spreading its army everywhere around China and pacific
- many other minor AI adjustments

Changed some AI ship ratios
- UK will not try to build so many battleships and carriers and lack screens as a result
- Italy will also build other ships than battleships, especially if it loses too many screens

- Japan AI will now use bicycle divisions and occasionally build a mechanized division
- German Reichskommisars will stop trying to raise divisions and waste manpower
- Germany will stop sending tank divisons to Norway instead of focusing them in Benelux
- Soviet AI will try to protect Moscow more
- added custom presets for UK and US maritime patrol planes
- some fixes to english medium airframe presets (wrong icons, 3D models used, modules)
- minor changes to Nationalist Spain historical AI route (one missing focus was blocking the path)
Axis Armor pack DLC
- fixed many wrong default tank icons and 3D models for Japan (will now use those from the DLC), modified many tank presets to be more accurate
- fixed modules in many German tank presets, fixed some incorrect default icons

Improved Iraq/Iran wars in historical mode
- UK AI will place and keep some more troops in Kuwait while invading Iraq, this should decrease the chance of Iraq kicking their asses and holding on for years, preventing Countenance
- if Iraq remains fascist and at war with UK, it will try to get rid of UK resource rights
- Iran will not automatically surrender to whoever is attacking it (even if it's winning), instead it will try to fight, peace out if the war drags on, and surrender only when losing the war

- further improved AI's use of occupation laws – AI will not use just Military Governor 90% of the time, communists will use Liberated Workers more, AI will use Martial Law in states with very high resistance, Spain will not be stuck with low compliance and inability to re-core their states after SCW
- improved how Germany attacks around Maginot (should get stuck less, and advance quicker)
- fixed Nationalist Spain joining factions (usually Japan) after Axis is defeated
- German AI will protect Berlin and surrounding states much more and will pull units from elsewhere
- added some German prototype tanks into presets – Tiger (P), PzKpfw.VII Löwe, JagdPz. E-100, GW E-100
- added custom Czech airplane presets
- added custom German strategic bomber and maritime patrol plane presets and Do-335 modern heavy fighter (with correct icons, models etc.)
- Saudi Arabia will follow neutral path in historical games (no gameplay change)
- Soviet Union will claim Bessarabia properly in July 1940
- both Iraq and Iran will do the focuses to establish navy and research some ship technologies
- minor nations with very little shipbuilding capacity won't take the base strike doctrine, and prefer Trade Interdiction
- if Denmark declares independence against Germany, the Allies will try to help it and not just ignore it (due to blocked naval access)
- UK will protect Gibraltar and Malta more (with garrisons) when at war

1.16.2 update
Improved AI's use of occupation laws:
- Italy will actually use the Colonial Police where it can
- AIs will not automatically switch to 'No Garrison' law if capitulated – if they still have some manpower – this should result in much less resistance damage to Free french and dutch colonies, that previously made their territory nearly unusable for allies

- German AI will stop attacking Maginot before Belgium capitulates
- German AI will stop declaring war on China and communist south american countries in historical games
- added Medium Naval bomber presets to Japan (only for player)
- tweaked conditions for Turkey choosing sides, so it's more likely to join Allies
Operation Countenance
- Allied AIs will atack Iran in historical games (1942+ , either Soviets or UK depending on their war situation)
- AIs will coordinate the attack better
- UK/Soviets will try to get control of Iraq first, before planning attack on Iran
