But if I understand well, I might use Gene Mods and Augmentations together but I have to not enable the options on new game "Macraphagial Transgenesis, soldiers can be gene Modded even while wounded" ? Right ?

Which moves augment building to this new building by default along with other projects. You can disable that behavior in the configuration file.
Thanks for sharing this. Unfortunately for me, I don't use this mod :-( So, I still need to find a solution, because it is a great mot. And yeah it is probably an another mod that interfer with Augmentations, but I don't manage to figure out witch one is the cuplid !
