Fixed Pawn Generate

Description
This mod provides a way to generate fixed characters by writing an XML configuration file




UPDATE

Added support to Xenotype. Now unique pawn will be generated at the beginning of the game with a lower probability

Now It is possible to add comps and abilities when spawning pawns

Now compatible with [NL] Facial Animation - WIP

This mod includes some unique features like portrait, other mods can't edit them
