Report a translation problem
to clarify, the entire purpose of this mod is to reduce the size of brigades to 12
brigade was 40 men? is now 12, brigade was 20 men? is now 12
paid wages for 40 men? now only pay for 12, paid for 20? now only paying for 12
this means that the brigade size is basically the only thing that has changed
in my opinion, it becomes unplayable because of this.
I just honestly think that their ceiling of productivity is a bit too low and they should improve more as the game progresses.
the description states this so no idea why you ask as a comment instead of just reading...
and the mod havent recived any updates or attention from me in quite a while so it may or may not work...

changed description to say new game required
a few things:
Companions now have appalingly low numbers(2 axemen for etruscans) because the Companion code specifies "-10" basesize. so you'd have to edit that one to say "mult" "-0.5"
reducing the worker brigade size and increacing the Building Capacity is a cool move aswell. however this makes all things horribly expensive to maintain, as Workers still cost 10 per week.
May I also point out that this pairs great with my Officer-Mod, because the costincreace is now based on the basecost and not a flat +10.
PS: good to see Buildings can be modded now *thumbsup*
