Outdated.
Use Hide it! instead.

Hello.
I intend to clean up my Mods. Can anyone tell which are the essential Mods!
thanks
juanangel 30 mars 2021 à 14h56
Muchas gracias por tu mod de todos modos :)
12maskr 10 déc. 2020 à 6h36
it dont work
jimtduffy 5 sept. 2020 à 10h55
Just use the fourth option in surface painter to paint out the dirt under trees, guys. This mood seems not to be working but I get around the problem with painting out the dirt with surface painter. I cannot find any option on Hide It for removing it.
M1P4 17 juin 2020 à 3h21
It still works for me. No error messages either and I use an absurd amount of mods and assets.
Hippo 5 mai 2020 à 6h56
@VTG1800 Hide it option funining ----> ⊙tree ⊙prop = remove dirt :)
think you TPB idead
Peter Lion 8 avr. 2020 à 9h26
Same problem here, Hide it! does not remove those ugly ass dirt patches under everything. should I uise this mod???? I hate those patches lulz
VTG-1800 29 déc. 2019 à 20h33

Katalepsis  [créateur] 28 mars 2019 à 11h45
Hide It! mod.
mikA 28 mars 2019 à 11h34
is there a replacement mod
arkwaldr 18 févr. 2019 à 11h56
Thanks. I've just gone back to using nothing for now.
Katalepsis  [créateur] 17 févr. 2019 à 10h39
This mod is pretty much obsolete and superceded guys. Just use Hide It! instead please. I won't be updating this any longer.
Keallu 17 févr. 2019 à 10h24
arkwaldr: Use Hide It! instead. The "array index out of range" error is eliminated in that mod.
arkwaldr 16 janv. 2019 à 11h53
After hours and hours of trial and error I finally discovered that "Remove Dirt" is the source of my "array index out of range" error. Disappointing to have to give it up but am loading fine now for second day.
Leonord 29 déc. 2018 à 8h36
That mod can get rid fo several mods in my list. thanks
Katalepsis  [créateur] 29 déc. 2018 à 7h12
Yeah guys you might as well just use Keallu's mod which does the same thing as this but better since I dont have time to fix it right now.
Keallu 17 déc. 2018 à 9h49
KleinTimo: I have looked into network and building dirt. It's not as easy as with trees and props but I might give it a go again with Hide It!
Keallu 17 déc. 2018 à 9h47
Leonord: Try the mod Hide It! I have fixed the issue with array index is out of range.

Mod link: Hide It!
Leonord 24 oct. 2018 à 7h37
This mod is semi broken now. It interacts badly with surface painter and terraforming tools.

LIDL 31 aout 2018 à 11h26
The most important mod there is many thanks
TTold_ 30 aout 2018 à 14h07
"Planned feature: Network/Building Dirt removal"
Since there still is no other mod for that (at least I couldn't find one), are you going to add this?
I actually find the dirt around the roads and houses to be pretty ugly. It ruines the clean picture of a green city. :c
Finwickle 8 aout 2018 à 12h37
@GordonDry: read the comments. You asked the exact same question in January 2016 and got an answer back then: "Yes that happens sometimes, should be harmless"
I got the same exception in the log and went looking for an answer.
GordonDry 26 juil. 2018 à 10h53
It seems to work, but:

Can confirm. This is still working for Parklife (1.10)
Th3_Jok3r_BR 25 mai 2018 à 8h08
is it working with Parklife??
Tavuk Bey 6 janv. 2018 à 12h42
is it working with the green cities?
unity 11 juil. 2017 à 10h06
Works great. Really hated the dirt. Wish roadside dirt could get removed too.
AquilaSol 18 mai 2017 à 12h03
Works fine with 1.7.0 and Mass Transit. :)
Berrante 19 mars 2017 à 22h57
Dont worry, we wait. Patiently. <3
Katalepsis  [créateur] 19 mars 2017 à 16h23
um, lol. Yeah those arent happening any time soon. I grossly overestimated my abilities at the time. Must update mod descriptions ;)
Berrante 19 mars 2017 à 14h27
Excited tosee upcoming features!!!! gogogogogogo!!!! Thank you boys!!!
lej_a7 27 janv. 2017 à 20h42
I can hardly wait for the upcoming features. The dirt about the roads and stuff look grossly unrealistic. Kudos on a great mod
NmxVITALxE 19 janv. 2017 à 18h15
super excited for this - Planned Features Network/Building Dirt removal. i cant stand the look with dirt around everything and its unrealistic. i dont know about evryone else but most buildings i see dont have a dirt outline around the foundation
Katalepsis  [créateur] 1 déc. 2016 à 17h58
It only lags the first time you load a save that has dirt, once you save again, the dirt-less state is saved and should not lag again on subsequent loads.
BoxHead 1 déc. 2016 à 17h32
I can confirm this is working with 1.6.0 update. Untested with Natural Disasters at this time. Will post again once I have tested with ND.

*Please note, I did notice lag during loading/start up after I added this mod for testing.
mattloveOHIOST5 1 déc. 2016 à 13h19
Does this work still?
Senatic 8 oct. 2016 à 13h31
Works great for me. Can't wait for the update, hope it's coming along soon!
rsoyxihnark 15 juil. 2016 à 9h02
it doesnt work.
Baleur 31 mai 2016 à 5h30
@jbug905 there is already a mod on the workshop that does this. Called something like "no rotten coast trees" or whatever. It basically disables the terrain effects of water etc.
ChrispyNut 30 mai 2016 à 16h36
Hey, thanks for your efforts on the mod.
A request, if poss/you decide to update the mod, could you add an option to disable the construction dust that's kicked up when placing items, it makes it hard to see small bushes when making into a hedge, so they end up wonky :(

Thanks anyway. :)
danizmax 13 avr. 2016 à 7h52
Mayor anoyance for me is dirt around buildings... looking forward to and update to this mod... good job.
agusingnavy 7 avr. 2016 à 1h46
@TPB (or @hyperdrive_engage), you now I hate the built in map theme editor shit. I'd like to know if this mod, remove grass & sprites and terrain texture replacer have no issue yet. I think a few youtubers are using these mods (Strictoaster, Keralis) and are so simple to use. I'll try anyway. Cheers my friend. Be well.
Katalepsis  [créateur] 23 mars 2016 à 14h38
jbug905: I don't know how to do that but it's probably possible. As a workaround you can change the sand texture to whatever you want though, but then you'd have no sand on your map. Still, if you plan on just having swamps on your map and no sandy beaches this could be a possibility.
jbug905 21 mars 2016 à 19h56
is there a way to remove dirt around water? like when the water floods an area the grass becomes dirt/sand?

Im trying to make a swamp but its not working because the water is making the marsh areas sand/dirt insead
LordofMemes 19 mars 2016 à 0h39
YES. PLEASE MAKE THIS REMOVE DIRT AROUND ROADS AND BUILDINGS.
