I love your creative direction of dressing the levels up with charm :-)
Darky 6 Oct @ 3:58am
More important is that new goatawans still appear to goat about the goatal villa! 🐐🐐🐐

I'm more finely tuned for World C than JWST after such much time :steamhappy:
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 6 Oct @ 1:57am
Wow, it's nice to see Enter the Void still getting new players and finally getting the star rating on the worskhop – thank you all for playing and upvoting my campaign! :p2cube:
And stay tuned as the World C is currently in the works. :sunglassesDoge:
Darky 5 Oct @ 12:18pm
You can and should mountain goat to the top of the villa as there's something over there ;-)
Hexxies help with invisiwalls just in case. Keep on goating!!!
Thamadman 5 Oct @ 11:47am
Yeah i found those goats, i dunno if i climbed at the top of the villa though, thought there was an invisible wall around there.
Darky 5 Oct @ 11:36am
But have you found any literal goats and goatlings (Hub - 1, World A - 1, World B - 2x3)? :-)
They're the bestest creation of any puzzle ever :-D

When it comes to thieving goats - I stole 6 hexxies but can't remember if 1 or 3 jammies as they were not usefule to me. I preferred hexxie goating and with 6 hexxies you can steal almost everything.

Have you mountain goated to the top of the villa?
Thamadman 5 Oct @ 9:01am
Love exploring in TTP so as long as there arent invis walls you know ill try to scale everything, only one thing im curious about. In world B i was trying to get a jammer outside of a puzzle, only 2 puzzles have a jammer and i couldnt, i wanted to try something, so im wondering if it's possible to take one out, i even smuggled a hexahedron in one of em.
Thamadman 5 Oct @ 8:55am
I scaled everything there was to scale im pretty sure, i even started going through terrain at some point xD.
Darky 5 Oct @ 8:37am
Have you found goats in each level? ;-)
Thamadman 5 Oct @ 8:31am
No worries yeah, it was the one next to the first puzzle all i had was to look a bit i found the switches, actually i finished the campaign, good stuff.
Darky 5 Oct @ 7:23am
@Thamadman:
Which star do you mean?
The one to the left after starting point (next to 1st puzzle) or the one in the villa lookiout?
Thamadman 5 Oct @ 5:23am
Also found some other weird stuff around the map that i dont know if i was supposed to see them.
Thamadman 5 Oct @ 5:20am
So i after finishing world A, i went into world B and saw a star that needed switches(or so i think i only found 1 of 4), so i started doing the ol faithful, goating my way around the map, on my quest i found the axe and then i also found where to use the axe and yet after all that i still cant find any more switches for the star near the beginning T.T. Guess ill give the puzzles a shot and leave it for later.

@Gojhira Sorry, I had been on vacation for the past couple days, but just in case you haven't found the intended solutions videos on YouTube, here you go :er_wave:
World A: https://youtu.be/EJmwDNJshrA
World B: https://youtu.be/XMnxDJ9qado
Gojhira 23 Sep @ 6:45pm
youtube solutions please?
Darky 21 Sep @ 4:05pm
The axe is mine so I advise others not to look for the super-dev-secret!
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 10 Sep @ 3:49pm
@whotrader39 Wow, thank you for the comment. And I must applaud you for persevering for so long on The Attic Twins – but I'm glad you eventually managed to get the star. :p2cube:
"Stacking plate": The main purpose is just to be put on the button in the pond to retrieve the keys.
Keys from the pond: They unlock the door on the right in the villa courtyard. Behind that door there is also a star door.
Axe: Its purpose is super-secret... :sunglassesDoge: at least since version 1.0.3. In 1.0.2 and older, the axe was there just as decoration and to make players wonder why it could be there. I know, it was evil... :zote:
Anyway, if you haven't done so yet, please hit the Upvote button. Thanks! :sunglassesDoge:
Darky 10 Sep @ 3:23pm
@whotrader39:
That plate is to get the keys from pond.
Keys can be used in courtyard to collect purpley.
The usage of axe is a very secretive secret hidden far far away ;-)
whotrader39 10 Sep @ 2:04pm
Incredible map, the puzzles were very very challenging for me and the landscapes were absolutely beautiful. I spent about 7 or 8 hours on attic twins before I finally got the star. But I could never figure out what the stacking plate and the axe were supposed to do and I retrieved the keys from the pond but never found a use for the keys either. Looking forward to your next upload.

You cannot milk a goat hastily, only with patience 🐐
BlackSails 30 Aug @ 3:37am
Understand and good luck
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 30 Aug @ 3:33am
Chin up :dungdefender:
Although I don't want to reduce the level of detail, it's possible it won't take that long – but it's hard to estimate this at this point. I have everything thought up already, I have some puzzles already created, but the worldbuilding eats up a lot of time and requires patience.:p2cube:
BlackSails 30 Aug @ 3:10am
Too bad :(
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 30 Aug @ 3:03am
@BlackSails I don't want to give myself a concrete deadline as this is a hobby and not something that I should stress about, and I have a lot of IRL stuff in September already. But I imagine that World C could be released in late October/early November.
BlackSails 29 Aug @ 3:43pm
When C and D?

Darky 29 Aug @ 2:33am

Darky 28 Aug @ 7:42am
Those invisiwalls add more challenge to goat about :-)
RolandsSh 28 Aug @ 4:34am
I really, really love the look and vibe of this campaign, by far my favourite from all the mods that I've tried in TTP:R. This is more in line with the full-blown campaigns that you might find in the original game (think Rebirth, The Fourth Dimension, Outfall, Abomination), can't wait for worlds C and D. Puzzles are quite nice as well.

My only major complaint is the excessive use of invisible walls, which I really dislike. I like solving puzzles the intended way first time around, but one of my favourite things about Talos is the freedom to do jank platforming, find cheeses and smuggle items the second time around. I don't mind high walls, but invisible walls just feel like a cheap cop out solution to me.
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 26 Aug @ 7:09am
@petrusnik Just use a normal Tetromino actor and select Purple in its Color dropdown menu. :-) By the way note that referencing purple sigils on signposts is bugged (blank space is shown instead).
petrusnik 26 Aug @ 5:16am
You used the purple sigil in your puzzle. How do I add it to my actors list if it's possible?
petrusnik 25 Aug @ 6:15am
@ Mr_Pipicz

Thank you very much for your reply and this information. Actually, I haven't started TTPR yet because I replayed TTP and RTG at the end of 2024. What interested me most in TTPR was being able to design puzzles myself. I can tell you that it has become a new passion but one that requires having time to devote to it! I hope I will be able to finish level B of "Entre the void" and admire the landscapes and neat settings while waiting for the release of levels C and D!
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 24 Aug @ 12:38pm
@petrusnik Hey there, thank you :-)
Anyway, I didn't import objects from TTP2, the Clone is a leftover actor in TTPR. You can copy it (among some other items) from [Template] Unusual Things Playground on the TTPR Workshop: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3461562787
petrusnik 24 Aug @ 9:20am
Hi Mr_Pipicz,
You did a fantastic job and I congratulate you. I finished world A and started world B. I myself uploaded 2 puzzles. I would like to know how you were able to import objects from TTP2 into TTPR. Does this offer new possibilities that further enrich the puzzles? I am very interested
Darky 20 Aug @ 7:26am
@Mr_Pipicz:
Just remember that for A2 Trebucket the intended solution is the goat launching one :-)

Ps. I broke my ankle as there was no haystack laying around the Goatal Villa in World B :-(
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 20 Aug @ 5:25am
By the way, I am also working on the intended solutions videos, I will probably upload them to YouTube tomorrow. Not that the puzzles would be hard, but I suppose that often you are not sure if your solution was the intended one – and therefore, such videos can come in handy. 🙂
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 20 Aug @ 5:12am
Version 1.0.2 is up!
From now on, I will also be adding the changes to the Change Notes tab of the workshop item.

Changelog
==========

[!] Important information.
[-] Bug and error fixes and changes to previous elements.
[+] Innovations and new additions.

-----
[-] Invisible walls improved in all levels.
[-] Changed B2: Carousel to limit some cheesing (certain cheeses are still possible). Also fixed some walls through which the player could be seen by the mines.
[-] Added a shortcut ladder to the area beyond B4: Garden Paradox. It becomes accessible after collecting the sigil.
[+] Added a Paint Bucket item in each level (they are hidden quite well, but if you find them, use them sparingly – otherwise, you will run out of messages to paint really soon :-)).
[+] Added additional persons in Acknowledgements in the first terminal.
Darky 19 Aug @ 12:58am
@Mr_Pipicz:
Oh, you are correct, king ser!
There are but two ways to fly from trebuchet and thankfully one way is not secret at all :-)

Let the hintful gargoyle guide you in your future endeavours!
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 18 Aug @ 9:27am
@Darky You are mistaken, good sir – in version 1.0.1, you can already get launched from the trebuchet, but it is quite a secret :-)
Darky 17 Aug @ 4:34pm
Maybe A1 should be renamed to Angle Cheese? :-D
There is still no way to be launched from trebuchet which seems like a grevious error ;-)
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 15 Aug @ 11:54am

[!] Important information.
[-] Bug and error fixes and changes to previous elements.
[+] Innovations and new additions.

-----
[-] Invisible walls improved in Hub World and reworked in World A. No more walkable invisible wall that could be used to skip right to the temple. :sunglassesDoge:
[-] Changed the off-screen mechanism used for the lowering fences in B5: The Attic Twins. Hopefully, this will prevent the occasional bug where one or both fences would be already lowered.
[+] Added goats. You will know what that means when you find one.
[+] Added additional info in the README in the first terminal.
[+] Added the Changelog in the first terminal.
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 15 Aug @ 11:13am
Yeah, Angle Shooting uses a mechanic that can be used extensively in the base game, but it is never necessary there, and is generally considered a cheese... hence Angle Shooting :-)
But the World A is an updated version of Stronghold Jam, and for that one, I made an intended solution video back then – so if you really get stuck there, take a look here for a hint :-)
https://youtu.be/gJx70tie8k8
20AER 15 Aug @ 11:07am
I can't even figure out Angle Shooting, I think this is a problem with puzzles that don't use base game mechanics, and I feel like this one does. :/
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 14 Aug @ 12:49am
Huge thanks for your comments and alternative solutions, Darky, these are immensely helpful :-) You are getting added to Acknowledgements.txt in the update :sunglassesDoge:
Darky 13 Aug @ 5:55pm
B5 The Attic Twins:
The sigil and the star can be grabbed without using the connector in the middle of the room. It stands menacingly but is useless.

Darky 13 Aug @ 5:16pm
B2 Carousel:
Goat Disco Solution - is this the intended solution? Shiny!
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3548437384
Darky 13 Aug @ 5:01pm
B2 Carousel:
Hexahedronless solution without touching any mines - 4/4 connectors, 0/4 cubes, 0/4 touched mines, 1/1 curious goat :steamhappy:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3548430664
Darky 13 Aug @ 4:36pm
B4 Garden Paradox:
I think you write in the terminal about another solution than mine:
I blocked the first mine with the connector and avoided it so the turret destroyed the second mine allowing me to get the sigil by simply walking like a good behaved goat.
Darky 13 Aug @ 4:27pm
Why are there no comments in final terminals about stars? I especially miss the origins of the dung star!
Mr_Pipicz  [author] 13 Aug @ 3:55pm
I'll add a comment to your shared image :-)
By the way, I have got an idea for a potential non-invasive fix for that bug in The Attic Twins; I will publish a minor update tomorrow evening :sunglassesDoge:
