@Falcon, before to report bugs or error, try this mod alone.
If you do, you will see that this mod has no errors, so your problem is not from this mod.
Falcon 21 Sep @ 4:34pm
Maybe a mod is conflicting but there are two "Irvington" spawn points, first one seems correct but the second one lower on the list focuses the map on south eastern Louisville in Parkwood (west of corn maze) and the description also describes Louisville so I'm guessing it's just a naming error?
UattO  [author] 2 Sep @ 3:46pm
@vrot not, this mod just add spawn points, it is something in another mod
vrot 2 Sep @ 2:03pm
Hi, really nice mod, I'm enjoying it a lot! I was wondering does this mod configure the time when you first spawn? I cant figure out if its this mod thats causing this. I wanted to spawn at the default time because the Week One mod requires you to but after disabling this mod the time still seems to be random. Does the mod change game files permanently? Thank you :>.
UattO  [author] 28 Aug @ 6:32pm
Hi, yes, i planned to add by work spawn points but it is something difficult to do and i have not so much time in this period.
I'm pretty sure that in the future i will work on this
ladyteruki 26 Aug @ 11:54pm
Hi, is it planned to have a spawn in any random gas station for the mechanic profession ? If so I'll patiently wait for that update ! If not, well that's alright, I'm already having fun with this mod as it is :P
UattO  [author] 18 Aug @ 6:42pm
@Yolo McSweg Thanks for reporting it, I've tested it thoroughly and it actually doesn't work...let's report it to the developers on the dedicated forum, the more reports there are, the more likely they are to see it.
Yolo McSweg 18 Aug @ 4:20pm
@UattO I know that guy said it in a dumb way, but I'm having the same problem.
I tested with no other mods installed, and the only sandbox setting changed from Apocalypse is the player spawn area set to "zombies can spawn anywhere," and the hospital is still empty every time.
I also tested a completely unmodded game, with that setting changed, and never got any zombies spawned in my building. Even with the Population multiplier set to Insane, I would have dozens of zombies outside, but none in the building. It seems like this is an issue with Project Zomboid, not your mod.
UattO  [author] 17 Aug @ 7:46pm
if i properly decripted your question, my answere is this:
start a new sandbox game then go to "zombie" section and look for "player spawn area" option, then select "Zombies can spawn everywhere"
Satoru Gojo 17 Aug @ 6:09am
How do i make it so zomboids spawn in the hopatail
UattO  [author] 16 Aug @ 6:46am
@godfallout10 you are too kind dude :)
I will improve it by adding more spawn points and features
godfallout10 15 Aug @ 9:38am
YOOOOO THIS MOD IS FUCKING SICK, now that i got it working this is gunna be one of my favorite mods
UattO  [author] 14 Aug @ 7:52pm
lol, don't worry dude, if you play single game i suggest to switch to b42 asap, it is pretty better
godfallout10 14 Aug @ 5:30pm
...i found out i was in fact not on B42,i apologies for my stupidity
UattO  [author] 12 Aug @ 7:41am
@godfallout10 are you sure to run the game in b42?
UattO  [author] 11 Aug @ 8:29pm
it works, i don't know what problem is this, do you run zomboid on windows?
godfallout10 11 Aug @ 12:37pm
So i just went through and made sure that this was the only mod i had active and still nothing. will try and redownloaing it here's hoping that works
UattO  [author] 10 Aug @ 5:24am
Thanks for the ideas, I will definitely add something similar
Silverbane7 10 Aug @ 4:57am
'knowledge is power: you had your nose in a book when the zombies came' you spawn in a library, a school library or university library
'you want fries with that? : you were unlucky enough to be pulling double shifts at Spiffo's' you spawn in a random Spiffo's (yeah, there is one that does that, but if i can cull my mods by combining, i will)
'welcome to Gigamart, how can i help you?: you were working on checkout at the time of the outbreak' spawn in a Gigamart
'get to the Winchester: you made it to the bar before the undead' you spawn in a tavern, bar or pub

i used to use a map mod called 'the compound' which had a Spiffo shrine... if there was anywhere vanilla that had a place like that, i'd add
'all hail the great Siffo: you heard the good news about your furry savior' you spawn in a cult base that worships Spiffo
Silverbane7 10 Aug @ 4:57am
off the top of my head... if you can add spawn in a random building then...

'in the house of our lord: you were in a church when the outbreak hit your area' - you start in a random church building
'a hunting we will go: you were out hunting when the outbreak hit' you spawn in one of the hunting cabins
'gone fishing: you were away with the fish when the world went to hell' you spawn in cabins near lakes or along rivers
'i knew this day would come: you were already at one of the bunkers when the outbreak hit your area' spawn near or inside a bunker
Silverbane7 10 Aug @ 4:56am
@Fih yeah, just started a new game and loaded it up (had grabbed the mod but not loaded it yet) and yeah, it's pretty much as you described.
UattO  [author] 9 Aug @ 2:57pm
Fih I could add preview videos like vanilla does, but i'm not so good with videos, maybe in the future :)
Fih 9 Aug @ 1:07pm
@Silverbane7 when selecting your spawn the description of the spawns are spot on. And it navigates (correctly) to the right part of the map for your spawn. I can't really possibly see what more the mod maker could have added lol.
UattO  [author] 9 Aug @ 5:28am
Fih thank you for your support dude!
UattO  [author] 9 Aug @ 5:28am
(Grieving) ᶜ8ᴱ 🎱 ๖ۜKar I created this mod to make it fully compatible with this one:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3387474156
it adds all possible professions, many dynamic traits and much more.

I'd love to add exact spawns for each profession exactly like you say; it would be perfect for my RP server starting in the pre-apocalypse phase.
Unfortunately, as you've no doubt noticed, the spawn points are selected BEFORE the profession, and this is no small thing to work around in the code.
So whether I do this type of work on the vanilla game or on the professions in my other mod, I still need to study it a bit.
I could create a selectable spawn point that activates "by job" and randomizes coherent locations based on the job you select, but then you certainly won't be able to choose exactly which one.
So your idea is part of something I'm planning but I'm not quite sure how to do it yet.
Fih 9 Aug @ 12:40am
Great mod, thank you!
ᶜ8ᴱ 🎱 ๖ۜKarma 8 Aug @ 10:59pm
How about a few spawn points locked to Veteran, Police, Fire Fighter, Doctor and Mechanic jobs? Basically it checks if you have that profession and unlocks the option to spawn in an appropriate location for it. Would be great for doing "Survive where I spawn" runs. Basically doctors go to hospitals, veterans at military camps (like they were called back in to help contain the outbreak), mechanics in auto shops and police in PDs. Could also be great for getting a really good start if you want to do a roleplay scenario with some friends once B42 comes out, like the PD is a safe haven fortified to oblivion where your friends and you go out in PD uniforms rounding up survivors (on a public server or with one of the NPC mods)
UattO  [author] 8 Aug @ 5:24am
Silverbane7 I've only received two suggestions for new spawn points, but they're too specific for the current mod.
There aren't many people commenting, so feel free to suggest other spawn points here for now. If I get a lot of comments in the future, I'll open a dedicated section, but I don't need for it right now.
The spawn list is available from the first creation screen. I think adding it to the mod description would be superfluous; it's not a mod complex enough to require it, but I assume it would just make the mod description more chaotic.
Silverbane7 8 Aug @ 5:01am
do you have a list of spawn point names? for the ones that are not too obvious i mean.
maybe add a discussion thread for us to suggest spawn points so we don't fill up your comments lol.
(i can probably drop ya a few there)
UattO  [author] 5 Aug @ 3:20am
godfallout10 hi, just enable it and start a new game, new spawn points will be available from the spawn points menù.
If they don't show themselves it is very weird, maybe another mod conflicts with this one? Not sure
godfallout10 4 Aug @ 9:30pm
I may be stupid, but how is this mod supposed to function? I have it enabled but i don't see anything different when i go to pick where i want to spawn in. any help is much appreciated
UattO  [author] 4 Aug @ 12:12pm
Peter the Fox this is a great idea, i will add something similar
Peter the Fox 4 Aug @ 7:14am
You could add options for different Louisville spawns. I'm thinking "College Party"--you spawn in the dorms of the uni, "Beach Time" -- spawn on the bank of the river or "Historian" -- Spawn in the museum....
UattO  [author] 21 Jul @ 11:05am
mfmllnn Thank you very much!
UattO  [author] 21 Jul @ 11:04am
@Timou, there is not an option like this but some random spawn points, for example "lost in the wood" will make you spawn in a random place in the wood, different every time
mfmllnn 21 Jul @ 8:50am
Really nice mod! Thanks for your effort!
Timou 20 Jul @ 2:50pm
Is there an option to spawn anywhere (randomly spawn) ?
Like in the mod "Spawn Anywhere"

UattO  [author] 18 Jul @ 12:49pm
@CoreSoul you are right :D i saw it too but i forgot it, so this is a solution: if someone wants to spawn in a prison just put zombie inside the start building on.
CoreSoul 18 Jul @ 5:44am
I think I definitely saw an potion in sandbox to change how zombie spawn around player at the start. And it’s a vanilla option… Can’t check it rn
UattO  [author] 15 Jul @ 10:39am
SCIFATLAS you are right, buildings turns into deserts when you spawn inside it and i have no idea how to change this, it is a java code i think, not moddable.
But if some computer wizard will made up a mod like it, houses too will be full of zombies at spawn.
UattO  [author] 15 Jul @ 10:36am
CarsonNuts, my mods are not for everyone, they are made for roleplayers and they must be realistic.
The spawn added are all coherent with every character you decide to build.
As i already explain, ranger station is too specific to add it for everyone.
I also said that i will add it in the future with other spawn points specific for jobs, thats my plan for MY mod.
Your comment is pretty rude, you believe to know better than me what i need or not, or what the mod needs.
If you are so expert, do your own mod and add every spawn point people suggest immediatly without think about them, as you suggest to me.
Gawson 15 Jul @ 5:05am
why not just add the sapwn? if people wanna spawn there as a cop just let them its a sandbox u dont need to go through more work to force it into an occupation even though that is cool if its more work no need
SCIFATLAS 15 Jul @ 4:17am
Is there a mod that allows zombies to spawn in a building when spawning? I wish there were hordes of prisoners when spawning in the prison instead of nothing:intel:
UattO  [author] 14 Jul @ 9:30pm
be patient
UattO  [author] 14 Jul @ 9:30pm
ObnoxiousTomcat i want to add spawn points valid for every character, ranger station is not so logic for everyone, so i will add it later when i will create "by job" spawn points
UattO  [author] 14 Jul @ 9:25pm
VOCALL Thanks for your report, i will fix it asap
V0CALL 14 Jul @ 2:23am
hospital spawn point is bugged, player character spawns outside a window on the second floor
ObnoxiousTomcat 13 Jul @ 9:16am
If its not already added PLEASE ADD A SPAWNPOINT FOR THE RANGER STATION! I ALWAYS PLAY PARK RANGER AND HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO SPAWN THERE!
UattO  [author] 12 Jul @ 5:03pm
@SCIFATLAS Spawning in the police stations was something i thinked and excluded, because it is not so realistic to randomize them, so there will be a lot of sigle spawn for each police station...but i will think about a solution
SCIFATLAS 12 Jul @ 9:59am
Interesting idea of spawning in police stations (not in prison). Before the epidemic, the character was arrested for a few days for drunk driving, and was awaiting trial. But due to the epidemic, the trial was canceled.
