Minor fixes to make this mod more stable when use it with other spawn points mods

- Added italian translation
- Better english description (i'm not a mothertongue, if you want to suggest better translation feel free)
- Added Louisville random spawn
- Added Mall spawn
- Added random spawn in train stations

Fixed two spawn points in Ekron that left you spawn out the house

- fixed one of the hospitalized spawn point that was lethal (sorry for th mistake)
