Ah gotcha I do some sound work and could send some foley from my library to you or something. It's not from the game but they're decent sfx.

Yeah the sounds are in a weird spot. I can either take audio recordings of the guns in-game (sound really bad), or I can use the actual audio files of the weapons from the game.

The problem with using the original audio files is that the gunshot sounds are typically made from many different layered sounds, so I have to do my best guess at how to reconstruct these (I'm no audio engineer), plus they don't sound quite the same as in-game. I believe the game engine tweaks the sounds alot.

I think I'm eventually going to replace most of the gunfire sounds from other sources even though I'd really like them to stay as close to the original as possible

These are awesome but they need some sound variety. All the pistols sound the same as the Liberators. With that said, I LOVE this weapon pack and its easily my go-to now. I just wish the sounds were beefier.

Excellent, can't wait till more of the HD2's weapons are also added. But yeah, this shall complete HD2's playermodels addon in Gmod with this now.

@IXCorpse_YT I can only think of a couple of things:

-Are you subscribed to the TFA Base?
-A different addon might be conflicting with this one, check the Problems tab in the main menu
-You might have way too many addons

none of the guns appear for me is there any way I can fix that?

@Legobear, yes im still working on this, just here and there when I get the motivation to do so, also thank you for pointing out that the pummeler was an error.

i have a list of suggestions
first make the senator reload one round at a time unless fully empty like in the game. secondly it you're gonna add in longer/shorter barrels and stuff to each gun make them change stats a bit
also can you add in different rounds for guns like AP rounds that increase pent for a small dmg decrease etc
and the smg-72 pummeler is an error for me.

They are the OG sounds, just ripped from gameplay and isolated from background noise which makes them sound off. I do plan on revising some of the gun sounds eventually

Small complaint but the firing sounds just aren't beefy enough for me, Not to sound ignorant but why don't you use the og sounds for the guns?

a weapon class, but, brother, a shotgun must have a certain killing power, for example, when you kill an enemy, he should not fall, but at least fly off a meter like with a regular shotgun from half life

@lowred5 I'll probably add energy weapons eventually, I just need to figure out how to add custom particles to this game.

@´Thangler7 The thing about using Call of Duty animations is that they only really work for pistol weapons. Most of the Helldiver 2 weapons are very unique in terms of layout. Bigger weapons tend to not line up with the animation and look off

please add some of the energy weapons like the laser weapons or the plasma weapons but id love to see the ARC-12 blizer added

Aykyu's muzzle flash effects would look great with these weapons.
