Looking at the log, it seems the crash happens in the melee attack hit check/collision detection, where the "BallisticsController is null"
Poses #2 and #3 are fine and work normally. Could you check for crashes related to Pose #1?
test this mod isolated and see if the spam is still there

However, do you have any additional plans to add settings where different motions appear alternately randomly, or where different motions appear alternately in connected movements like swordsmanship?
Another thing I'm curious about is that I thought it would be nice to have stance versions for spears, axes, and blunt weapons. Do you have any plans to make stances for weapons other than the katana?

you may have a mod conflict
cuz this has been tested by admins of multiple servers
when animations stops working
go on and try and re equip the weapon
that will force the equip event to trigger
forgot to mention that on the description sorry
but this mod may not be compatible with mods that modifies attack animations or equipped weapons related mods

Not sure but mightve been caused after melee with brutal handiwork after left hand swing
and you think this is connected to my mod?
the whole skip trace report didnt even mention my mod or a lua file from my mod
and you still concluded that its because of my mod?

I had that while using a katana
Turns the katana into the proper end game weapon it was meant to be, and rewards you for putting the time into long blade
