@Dracony I will update this. Currently updating / expanding some of my other mods but I won’t forget this one. Have to also check how they modified holdings because I haven’t yet.

Would you consider adding a slave tribute-esque holding that works kind of like the synaptic packager? Could resettle one pop from the subjects capital to be a slave in the overlords capital, or something like that.

Would make much more sense if instead of army damage and health it makes armies cheaper and trained faster imo

Would be cool to get a Conscription Camp -- overlord gets bonuses to army damage and health at the cost of subject loyalty

@RMDcc Yes, all icons for all my mods I make myself (often starting with Stellaris art to keep a similar style).

Glad you enjoy! All of the jobs should already exist in game except the head hunter and shackle breaker which are based off of the recruiter job.

-5% shroud delve time is huge if you get 10+ vassals, I've managed 8 in vanilla.

Amazing idea nonetheless, here's some more possibilities based on ethics: (Each gives +50% ethics attraction, +1 loyalty with a matching ethic, and -0.5 loyalty with an opposite ethic)
- Xeno-museum: (Phile) 1 culture worker & 1 aid worker
- Superiority Monument: (Phobe) 1 culture worker & 1 propagandist
- Public University: (Materalists) 1 aid worker & 1 academic (described as a rationalist outreach to enlighten "developing" vassals)
- Sporting/Warriors Club: (Militarists) 1 aid worker & 1 soldier
- Peace Embassy: (Pacifists) 2 aid workers
- Overlord Estate: (Auth) 1 aid worker & 1 propagandist
- Pop Market (Slave Variant) 1 propagandist & 1 headhunter (like a recruiter, but enslaved pops)
- Public Forum: (Ega) Provides 2 aid workers
- Emancipation Gateway (If vassal has slaves): Provides 1 aid worker & 1 shackle beaker (50% chance/year to migrate slave pop to overlord)

I'd like to suggest the addition of a Mission holding, available to all Spiritualists (not just Psionic ones) that replaces Aid Agencies and functions like the Communal Housing Outreach. Its Jobs will function like normal Aid Agency workers but the holding itself will give a major boost to Spiritualist Ethics Attraction.

Does anyone know a mod that lets you have more than 4 holdings per empire id be fine with 4 per planet but for an empire

Wonderful. Always looking for ways to make my vassals less terrible, and a psionic monastery seems ideal.

@Arkenor Ended up being more complicated than that, but all fixed. Thanks for pointing that out. It was a last-minute edit that escaped my testing and evidently caused some larger problems.

You're missing a bracket somewhere. I end up with a load of nonsense entries in my planetary build list.
