New update rolled out. First pass to stop the opfor shooting the hvt and the hostages but unfortunately can't have hostages on the map anymore and all modes are HVT modes until BFS fix some of the stuff which was broken for 1035.

Please cross your fingers that BFS fixes the stuff that they broke for 1035.2 so we can have the hostages on the map again.

the things you make are pretty amazing. played your other one that has outpost, intel retrieval and something else and it was really good. this is also a lot of fun to play. will be super fun once you get the laptop locations sorted out and fix the ai shooting the hostages / hvt's at start. also i did not see power plant on here and hoping it makes its way into this one day because that would be so much fun.

idk if this is doable but when set to random missions would be cool if it was more random. sometimes it would give hostages and sometimes none. same for hvt's, bombs and intel. not knowing if you gonna just get one objective all the way up to all of them would be super neat. but idk what this games like to make this mod and you are already pushing really far it seems so if not doable would understand.

The update that just rolled out was only a partial fix to get the new AI kits in and a first pass check for laptop locations (to check that there was space for the laptop hack). Some of the lua functions were broken in 1035 and BFS have yet to fix them (they were also broken at the start of 1034 and then broken again) which means that the standard ai will shoot the hvt and hostages at the beginning of the round. I've also got to check ai placement due to map changes in 1035.

Mod has yet to be updated to 1035. Issues are
- ai kit files need to be updated.
- Some of the function used have been broken and the devs have yet to fix them otherwise the ai will start shooting at each other during the spawning in time.

Will be a few more weeks as working on the other gamemodes in other mods.

Mod is great, very fun and gives replayability to the game. Main problem is the AI, the developers still need to work on them greatly. Besides that; great mod. Definitaly recommend downloading. :steamsalty:

The game doesn't like it when there are a lot of mods running at the one time (across all types of mods not just this one). Devs are working on it but it will be in the next big revision.

I tried playing with my friends using this mod but it seems to unload other mods? does this happen to anybody else playing this with other mods?

That is a bit of a stretch target. Need a few things to be added to the game for that to work with all the back end stuff in the lua coding for this gamemode.

new update, fixes to compound map mission with the placement of laptops and some of the ai with the mods to the building.

please report any bugs when people are brought into the round to the devs. There is nothing in the code (to the best of my knowledge) to do that.

Travis, there's an issue on Compound where the laptop is spawning inside of the wall of the bedroom (I think it was second story), to the right of the stairwell. Also, I believe there are still issues where players who are brought in after the round starts on daytime settings see everything as night. This also seems to happen on the Control Point game mode mod.

A few weird issues with some of the maps, but this is coming along nicely. Keep it up. :steamthumbsup:

Thanks, trying to work through how the scripts with the bomb and laptop work in the modded directory - having teething issues with how the gamemodes and missions are handled in mods.

Just subscribed. Tried a mission on Run Down, was not able to disable the bomb, or use the laptop to retrieve intel. Was also not able to use the laptop in the mission room. but I like the concept.

The laptop in the briefing room doesn't seem to work for me, it just shows the ground Branch logo even when I'm typing on it for a long period of time without giving me the briefing, but i still receive the in-game briefing. Other than that, love this twist on how the Ground Branch mission system works
