Mind, that shouldn't have caused any actual issues because dependencies work solely off of the Package ID, but the link was incorrect if you clicked on it.
Still unable to recreate issues people have reported of having the mod request the wrong version of EM Metals though. The links are extremely straightforward: In 1.4 it requests mod 2259837114 which is EM Metals (Old Version) and in 1.5 it requests 3333419387 which is the new version of EM Metals.
In any case, I think Rimnauts 2 is probably going to be quite broken for quite a long time due to the arrival of Odyssey and 1.6, so we'll see what the future of this mod looks like as it comes. Hopefully any folks still playing in 1.5 can continue to enjoy it.
At a guess, you're using the old version located here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2259837114
You need to update to the modern/1.5 EM-M which is located here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3333419387
argon.expandedmaterials.metals
the version of Expanded Materials currently updated has it's mod ID set as argon.expandedmaterials.metals; whereas your mod is looking for argon.vmeu.
hope this helps!
Of course, if and whenever you have time. I would do it myself but i have no experience in modding RimWorld. I tried using the mod RIMMSqol but it won't let me change what material it yields, only the name and some other values.
Unfortunately my house got smashed in the Hurricane a week ago so it may be a few weeks before I can get at my files to look at if, sorry.
Anyone who is still using 1.4 EM Metals on 1.5 should delete the 1.5 folder for this mod to maintain compatibility. There's not any easy way to support both because of breaking changes in the names and metals provided, and I highly recommend everyone upgrade to the new EM Metals for 1.5.
So for RW, balance > I might as well SRTS to a NEO and mine stuff I cant buy because i'm enemies with everyone.. or its just easier than caravaning.
You basically pay a cost in Steel, Components, and Chemfuel to ship them back if you use the large pod launcher. Obviously some things are more or less efficient. Like, it takes a lot of resources to ship back huge amounts of Lead, but it's very easy to bring back insane amounts of Copper or Lithium (because they're very light.)
