Yeah, it does not work, it says not found: human_body_special.png Someoen with a lot fo free time, someone who was born inot money and does not have to work fora living, some Northern American or Western European silverspoon could update this mod, thanks.

Really neat idea, sadly doesn't seem to work anymore. Throws an exception on data loading.

After some additional testing, adding [CHILD:0] to the TERM_RACE raw, then forcing an update by manually changing the mod version, they now grow up when they turn 1, fixing the problem. I don't believe it will be possible to have an egg hatch into an adult, but i'm no expert.

And make sure you pay attention to your females, and don't put them in your military, unless you want to collapse your population. Getting your termidors to reproduce is surprisingly difficult since they haven't got much time to form bonds, and get married. Can we make them hornier? haha

This mod still works great, HOWEVER
There's a small problem with the RAW for the termidor race, it's missing a CHILD tag
what this means, is that children never grow up. They hatch into children, and then live for 5-8 years without growing up.

Regardless, thanks for the amazing mod, this is fun!

I am guessing makng ants unplayable was the update to remove the bugs mentioned in January.

Getting Caste based Insect factions to work is interesting.
Having multiplte females be likely does make it easier than trying to get a queen system to work.

Although, having queens be rare can work if you have a way to guarantee the player starts with one.

I recommend you not use this mod until it's updated, I'm getting a lot of crashes and the error log shows a lot of things from the mod:

@Lizy Ah, that's something I've not seen before! I'll have to make sure the sprites are reworked properly so they properly show when affected by different things. As for the egg laying, you need an egg nest

since its used by the stoneworking shop does mulch count as rock or wood when it comes to elves?

@SubTerra at a carpenters' workshop, there's a category called "construction materials". You can make mulch there!

@TheErubianWarlord Whether or not that's possible in the modding framework of the game, it certainly isn't possible for my skill level of modding! And for the genders, there are fewer females than males in general with the termidorians - but they should still be present. If none have popped up, then either you've gotten the strangest string of RNG, or something's gone terribly wrong. I'll see if I can find out what the issue is and spry it up for the next update!

are parasitic civilization races a possibility?

as in have a Breeder caste that infects creatures with eggs and say depending on the creature's size a selection of other castes could be born the individuals of which are auto assigned to the Breeder that created them as Offspring

is that a possibility in the modding frameworks?

@Croiscant funnily enough, no! However, after a lot of fiddling around with the materials, I found that the game tends to crash, or have other bad issues when I prevented the mulch from being in the worldgen. Terribly sorry about that, I know it's a little weird, but I think I've got a good workaround for the next update!

@cabinboy69 For now, the mod is using the baseline subteranean people sprites. I'm working on nice and pretty sprites for their clothes and equipment - implementing new sprites into the game is proving to be deceptively tricky, as I and many other mod-makers are now finding out!

I played several hours and had no problems, the mod works! However, weapons and clothing aren't added to the sprites. if that matters
