If you use the halo armor and some other armor you can make the foot clan and shredder. Or I'll make a tmnt strike unit.

That said, while I'm all set for weapons and most gear, I don't think I have any mods that add passable looking tmnt-style bandana-masks. Can anyone recommend a good mod for these?
