Ignore that guy who dissected your post, I find myself deeply agreeing with you and not that idiot for a reason - He is American and all he can do is nitpick posts and sit infront of a computer all day arguing why everything is black and white and anyone that thinks otherwise is a poor self-loathing imbecile.
The guy proved multiple times that he is an idiot simply by having his alts (krchesak and SAChesak) added on his main account (which he used to purposefully harass rimworld mod creators - see post history on those accounts.)
Suggest simply reporting this to steam as the rimworld forum moderators are heavily biased towards helping such people.
