can i prevent recruits spawning with some perks at all?

It is possible, I believe Terror from the void does this by giving delirium perks

They are random, but i couldnt find a single mod to choose them, is it even possible to do so?

I might have it wrong, but it seems speed needs an "max adder" aswell.

How about a button to refresh a soldier's perks if you don't like what was given? That if you can not figure how to select perks.

@Dtony - Love the mod and the work you must have put into making it.

There's a few people asking if you can modify the selection of perks a soldier can get. I would prefer it to stay semi randomised, however there are some perks that I would like to see only available for certain soldier classes. or at least a % multiplier for those perks being selected. A lot of work though.

Can you consider making a mod where we either choose our own personal perks - or restrict them to a certain type per class? So no Close Quarter Combat for Sniper, etc.

I thought this would allow you to change perkz assigned to soldiers.
Like replace Reckless for Biochemist to your Priest...

Not sure if its working. Changed some values for Cautious perk and didnt seems like it took any effect. It still giving 20% despite me changine it to 30 (0,3) in config.

Will this allow you to change the randomly assigned perks for your soldiers? For example, if I'm not going to use sniperist on my heavy, I can swap it out for Quarterback?
