Descriptions Will Not Change Even If You Modify Stats As Descriptions Are Not Tied To Stats

Simple Arithmetic:

accuracy and stealth are calculated by adding or subtracting, they're fraction based only; do not use whole numbers. adding 10% is 0.1 subtracting 10% is -0.1 so if you want the the accuracy bonus for Cautious to be 30% the value would be 0.3 If you Want the accuracy reduction from reckless to be 5% the value would be -0.05

Damage, grenade range, carry weight, medkit healing, and mounted weapon range are calculated by multiplying. The value for giving a 30% damage increase to reckless would be 1.3. If you want the Damage reduction penalty of cautious to be -20% the value would be 0.8

Strength Speed Perception Willpower and Hearing Range are calculated by addition/subtraction, increases by 1 is 1 and decreasing by 1 is -1

Max Strength Or Max Willpower "adder" means increasing the strength/willpower cap. If you adjust the willpower/strength adder without adjusting the max willpower/strength field no changes will take place. if you want to increase willpower by 2 then the value for will would be 2 and the value for max will would be 2
