I think the scout's face on the workshop image best describes how he'd feel about wearing this cosmetic.

@Dee Kay, true, but the Hot Dogger was a bit of an earlier cosmetic, and had a simple-yet pleasing, and not overly-colorful design. This is still going more on the side of "massive colorful object on top of head." Which may not be entirely different than the Hot Dogger, but it's really up to decision if this crosses the line between simplicity and absurdity.

It's a well-made cosmetic, but doesn't fit the Scout at all, and doesn't really feel like it could work with anything.

Nothing about Scout says ice cream and I can't imagine anyone being able to use this for anything. Do better.
