When I released the most recent update (containing phantom) I decreased the phase 3 pixel health as a "quick fix"
Now that I'm motivated to start updating the campaign again there will be a proper attempt to respond to feedback (And balence the campaign since the difficulties all over the place currently)
Don't worry I did see your comment and I'll do my best to make skylier easier
(Also I did some testing using a controller (since I suck at controller) and I see what you mean about making progress)

Personally I feel like the 3rd stage on the 1st boss is a bit overwhelming and could be toned down a tiny bit and since its such a thick boy I find its hard to make progress unless I get to stay fairly still to cut through it. Not impossible just very hard though I haven't beat it yet.
