i played the game over 1 hour and dont get the chippy machine in my inventory. what i need to do?

The thing is that I had a game for a while now and I would like to start over from 0 but I couldn't find any option to restart the game played.

Was watching some replays today and discovered that you're supposed to be able to shoot the Double straight ahead! For me it is ALWAYS a V spread - focus, not focus, doesn't matter. What would cause this to be this way for me and no one else????

I have an assumption that the current speedruns are not correct and were used by the Cheat Engine to slow down time.
