It can be facilitated with some finegaling. There's already PvP slots, and if you add in FC and SSPCM you can tweak your loadout. It is a solid thought you've got though.

I believe that the Banshee is actually being worked on for FC, but I get where you’re coming from. What about PvP slots though? Would be a pretty cool means to incorporate SPARTANs in a way where Innies don’t have to worry about super soldiers potentially spawning around every corner.

@Sgt Rorschach I know that the Covenant would be the perfect invasion force, but because First Contact has a sum total of like 2 weapons and 6 elite skins, it doesn't have all the required hardware to work. It'd need a Phantom, Banshee and Wraith I'd say at a minimum. Likely a Revenant and some none Elite infantry too. As is, it's just not very feasible, and I'm sure it would cause issues, or require them to use CSAT air assets and even tanks and APCs.

I’ve been watching a few streamers play Antistasi and it really made me hope that someone had integrated OpTre with it, so thanks for making this mod! My only thoughts/questions are:
- Any plans of integrating the Covenant? UNSC makes for an excellent USAF substitute, so why not replace the Russians with the Covenant? Their military doctrines are comparably ruthless so it makes sense in my head.
- With the Covenant in mind, PvP slots on the UNSC side would also be great. Not just for the sake of having PvP, but because OpTre (and the Halo Universe in general) facilitates a setting where two groups of players from different factions can have a temporary ceasefire to confront the Covenant. After all, even with the difficulties that would come from trying to avoid “friendly” fire between the URF and the UNSC, it’s pretty hard to confuse a human for an Elite, you know?

ok so we figured it out, however the intensity of a simple operation is insane, travelling past a resources point and we accidentally triggered it, only to have 7 falcons, 2 pelicans and 4 warthogs turn up with about 70 inf total. plus a drone. is there a way to turn the intensity down at all?

having trouble getting this started on a dedicated server. we have found the .pbo file however we are presented with no options upon hosting a lobby, just a blank screen. any suggestions/?

Yeah hoping it was a bug with that mission file or something, so now that we've needed to reset, it hopefully will be fixed. Which brings me to why we needed to reset. I had Petros not leave my group after having to move bases, so when I logged out it despawned Petros. Didn't fail the mission but it did break the game mode, not loading the money/aggression bar, not letting me interact with specific things like the hq flag, etc. Not sure what could cause that. I do also have a question. Would it be possible to edit what the Gendamarie are equipped with? I've been running it with OPCAN which adds Police variant Marine armor and thought thatd be perfect to replace the normal uniforms.

Would there be any particular reason why Scorpions are invulnerable death monsters? I've been playing on a dedicated server with some of my freinds and have sent upwards of 10 pairs of guided rockets, 10 pairs of AT rockets, a C-12 charge and a few mortar salvos and all I get is the gunner shaking the turret like its saying 'No, that won't work either'

Questions: 1- Do i need to have ACE active or can i just use the standerd OPTRE mod?
2- Any Wierd setups before launching it on LAN (i solo play wish it could just be SCENARIO run)?

You need to play as OPFOR, and set the enemy only to GOV. the rebels are OPFOR and there is not INV set up so if they are enabled they will be CSAT and friendly.

Hosting locally, keep getting in game error saying: Sorry, this slot is unavailable for some reason: player not member, match not initialized, lack of rebel commander or recent role as rebel.

i have an issue where i try to start a game and the game tells me the slot is unavailable. ive tinkered with the settings trying to make things work but maybe im dumb to antistasi. i cant even start the game.

Hey there!

The mod has been going great so far, however one main issue that I've kept running into is that the biofoam canisters are not able to be used to revive a downed friendly, and we have to resort to looting vehicles stranded on the side of the road for First Aid Kits. Is there any plans to remedy this issue?

I would say yes, but in the first contact mod doesn't have enough covenant goodies to fill out the invaders.
