A3-Antistasi OPTRE Altis

Description
This is Antistasi on Altis using OPTRE. This is Super Duper Work In Progress. Also You play as URF fighting the UNSC.

Only Play this against the Government forces, invaders are still CSAT so it will be funky as duck so don't do it.

There a most likely many bugs so please report them. One that I have no idea what causes this one i found but when you recruit a mortar squad, you can not barrage with them, the menu to do so will not open for me, keep it in mind.

I'm going to assume this is no longer being worked on?
In any case, specific issues: trying to load the scenario fails because there's no available commander slot.
