There's a bug with the MP7. The medium range accuracy is set to 45 instead of .45

The big, bad balance update is here! The guns have been modified to be more balanced in comparison to vanilla guns and those from other popular and well-balanced weapon mods, and I've also added three new guns that I had in-progress when I shifted focus towards balancing the existing guns. I hope you enjoy the new fit and finish, and please let me know either here or on Discord if you have any feedback for me! Thanks for all of your support and feedback, and happy new year!

Hey Axi I feel like the AK-12 is kinda weak, especially for the work put into it. I mean only 7 damage in a burst of 3? Even the vanilla Assault Rifle does more damage than that. Yeah it has larger armor penetration but still.

Hey everyone! I've just returned from holiday and I'm going to be getting right back to work after getting everything here at home squared away. First priority going forward is a preliminary balance pass, followed by implementation of some more sweet, sweet guns. I've had a lot of great balance-related chatter in the pinned Feedback discussion, so if you've got any ideas on that front, feel free to join in!

As far as suggestions go, @Aki-San has started a discussion for those, so please try to put suggestion-related comments in there!

As always, I appreciate everyone's enthusiasm and commentary related to 21CA and I'm looking forward to ringing in the new year with some more content for you guys!

really nice premise there. i hope this has a better scaling than the weapons tech mod. that anti material rifle hits like a pellet gun.. (at least it feels like it).

@Jackmino While the G36 was adopted by the Bundeswehr in 1997, I consider it close enough to 21st century that I may actually add one of its variants to my list. Thank you for the feedback!

@Livelos Thank you! Both of those guns were designed and fielded in the mid 20th century, with the G-3 being first adopted in 1959, and the FAMAS in 1978, putting them squarely outside the scope of this project. The new rifle for the Armée de terre is the HK416, which will be included in this mod, so there is that to look forward to! Thank you for the feedback!

@bluesaka111 I’m not sure, it doesn’t sound like a problem related to the mod. No I do not have any launchers available, and I’m not entirely sure I want to add them. My plan as it stands is to complete the roster linked in the mod description and go from there. We’ll see. Thank you for the feedback.

nice weapon sprites. But I think you should make 2 versions, one that render the projectiles and one that dont. Btw, do we have any rocket launcher available yet?

@axi Can we get pictures of the weapons in-game? They're great-looking textures, but it's always hard to tell if art works with the Rimworld artstyle without that.

@sergio.arauzo thank you, I hope you enjoy it! 21CA requires Proper Shotguns because the shotgun(s) included in this mod use it in order to more realistically emulate shotgun ballistics IRL. With that said, I am planning on implementing a different compatability patch that will allow for use with or without Proper Shotguns.
