It seems that some of the marauders are missing their arms. Arm accessories still show up but not the arm itself.

How can I make it so that only male characters spawns? Want to use this with Raider Uniform Manager where I have some "Male-only" cosmetics, ruins the immersion when female skirmisher appear.

Found a fun bug: If you have the Feedback global perk and run into the solace aura of the psionic marauders it gives them 2 counts of Feedback, which can be 8 damage and flat out kill them. And if you've diving them with a Ranger to sword slice them, it refunds your AP while you're standing on their dead body, so you can chain them to death like this. Very fun, even when they blow up in your face.

Just to inform people, "Raider Faction" mods are not working correctly with LWOTC. It doesn't crash the game and faction enemies are spawning well, BUT they can't do anything. Game just doesn't allow them to take a turn (only XCOM, Aliens and Lost can), so they will just stay on the same spot and do nothing.

Honestly just making these show up in missions that are only about killing would solve a lot of head aches, the killing VIP's thing is a dealbreaker.

Marauders just kill the VIP as VIP before rescued is counted as alien forces. The mission thus failed.

If I stun and Fulton a Raider Faction soldier (MOCX, Phantoms, Rogue XCOM, etc), do I get a reward? Do I recruit the captures soldier?

Yeah, it's poorly balanced/designed. Agree with GreatPalm... When they show up in regular missions they're fine, but for the raid mission, endless waves of omnicient troops that either nape spam you or near-miss you with 1 damage and the burning effect is just annoying and not fun.

Fun Fact I just discovered: Feedback (the resistance order that damages enemies using psionics on XCOM) triggers when you enter an enemy's Solace AoE (in my case a marauder's). You can even exit and enter it to damage the solacer again on the same turn multiple times - and it doesn't break concealment!

As long as you have the required mod and do not have anything that conflicts with this one, you should have none of the issues you specified. I have used this mod and other faction mods by Reality and besides the fact these units are unaffected by Beta Strike, they are well done. If you want to troll someone or the Xcom community, I would advise thinking twice about it! Most players know the truth about these mods and that they work. Posting that they don't and the modder sucks just makes you look bad. So, don't do it.

Umm I have never seen them take out the chosen nor have I seen them spawn in more forces. None of the faction mods, besides maybe Mocx has spawned in more peeps. I might be mistaken, but are you sure you have the right mod? Reality is definitely the person that should be answering your question if and when they are able to.

@DragonKnightXCX they have low hp, but they have control and huge numbers of units. They wiped mocx squad and hunter chosen without my help, and got me cornered, while keep spawning new troops few tiles away from my troops

Hmmm, I don't think they are affected by Beta Strike. I asked Reality about that some time back to see if that could be patched. If I recall, it has to do with their random stats. Reality can answer that more since that is the actually author of the mod. I am just a concerned citizen lol.

@GreatPalm Did you mess with the mod's stats or anything involving these soldiers??? Because I literally watch these guys get slaughtered by advent, aliens, and even lost quite frequently. The faction mods are not supposed to be that difficult, but just add some extra spice to the existing formula. If all of that is happening to you, either you have a mod conflict causing them to get buffed or you messed with the ini and that is on you. Either neither is the case, then there is something else going on with your game. From what I gather from other users, they have no problem with this or any other faction mod.

unbalanced annoying sht, stasis spam, incendiary nade spam, what better you could ever want? Spawning new pod with stasis and nade spamers once every 3 or 4 turns of course! Right in few tiles from you troops!
You got some good position and cover? Take nade spam. Ohh you got armor? Take nade spam. Hmmm you got overwhelmed by their numbers and there is literally no place to step? Oh, they dont even using their primary weapon when they flank you, they flank you and throw nade. Every boi with flamer has grenade to make fun. And, haha, 75% of all raider units are bois with flamers.
You got troops with melee or shotgun? They will permastasis them. And permastasis others too. Then, they will throw nades to your stasised troops, because they have so much nades, they can even waste them for no reason and still give you annoying nade spam.

1000% regret installing this mod.

Something interesting happened. On the Marauder turn, an enraged skirmisher used Justice on a random civilian. Not sure if that's meant to happen, or just a mix up?

Just did a "Neutralize the Field Commander" mission where the Marauders showed up. Their pod was triggered on the Alien turn, then for some reason they were able to start attacking me straight away.

I feel like, with how common Guardians are on missions where they're constantly getting reinforcements, Stasis should wait until a higher tier when it can actually be countered. As it stands, for every Guardian on the field (and in missions like that, there will be a goddamn lot), you basically have lost a soldier.

Same issue. They do their turn and when it would switch to the next faction's turn, the game crashes. Rescue VIP mission for me

Found out what was causing the missing Ripjacks. It was a line of code found in RPGO that causes the Reckoning perk to be a requirement to using the Ripjack. Commenting out the following line in the RPG.INI file in RPGO will fix the issue:

+WeaponProficiencies = (AbilityName=Reckoning, UnlocksWeaponCategory=wristblade)

I'm having the same cosmetic bug as 4rrakis: the Ripjacks don't show up on the appropriate units. This also might be affecting other factions.

So I got a Marauder incursion on a Protect the Device mission. They spawned right next to said device and used *every single action* to attack it, completely ignoring the aliens standing around it and essentially making the mission impossible.

So, I've had some odd interactions with Marauders. They target my troops and civilians as normal, but don't seem to target Advent. In fact, they will actively put themselves in positions that give Advent troops flank advantage against them.

Advent attacks them as normal, which creates a rather odd scenario of Advent tearing apart Marauders who won't defend themselves.

do lost target them because usually in my games ive seen the lost completly ignore them. Otherwise its a great mod!
