Andersontho - CS:S stands for Counter-Strike: Source, a game that Trouble in Terrorist Town depends on. If you don't have it you'll need to buy it from Steam, or there might be a content pack for CS:S that you could search for and install instead. I'm not sure, since I simply bought the game.
Sonic The Hedgehog - I'm sorry you're having issues, but it's hard to tell what your specific problem is unless I see it for myself. Your problem though is most likely unrelated to the map itself, and solving it could range from making sure CS:S is mounted to re-installing Garry's Mod, CS:S, etc. to fix underlying issues. I know I've had to do that before when I've had models/textures disappear or show up as errors randomly and for no apparent reason.
