Increased building time from 40 to 50 seconds (same as barracks)
Added name and description when hovering over the build icon
Replaced mameluke with genitour
Replaced berserker with condottiero
Replaced janissary with boyar
Added organ gun

instead of a 10% increase in cost, units now only cost a high amount of gold and are hired instantly, I thought this would make it feel like you were actually hiring a mercenary.
