Maintenance Update:

+External Turrets now enabled *by default.* Added a new group that lets you enable/disable all the external turrets at once. They were disabled for a while due to an old IFF issue that caused them to shoot anything not attached to their grid regardless of ownership/friendly status.

+Updated all onboard scripts to their most recent versions wherever applicable.
