Implemented the fix suggested by Radian to solve Dissonant Discharge Field randomly not working, by renaming "ManTemplateDB.xml" to "manTemplateDB.xml". Here's hoping that the issue is no more.

Hopefully the compatibility issue was fixed (shoutout to Arendeth for the suggestion).

Also... I messed up and lost the description, which I will try to recreate as faithfully as possible. If you happen (for some reason) to have saved said description, please message me so I may hopefully recover it. Yes, I was very attatched to that description...
