Updated Community tools pack for latest build.

Fixed so network clients can add entries.

Changed it so Y won't close the window while you are entering a todo entry. This is what I get for implementing people's ideas without thinking it through completely!

Moved to the upgrades tab to free up the logistics tab

Y now also closes the panel.

Add's the Todo list configurer - access your todo list on the go! Just use it from your hotbar.
Adds a 'Y' as a hotkey to open the sync'd panel without the remote.
