V2.54:
* Compatibility with "Red - Transistor" mod version 2.6.
* Changed "Antiviral Proxy" Central's augment. When daemon installs, augment stores 3 PWR in itself (max 15). Use Console to transfer that PWR to Incognita.
* Replaced Monst3r's augment with Multiplicative Network Routing:
- when hijacking a Console, its BASE PWR is duplicated and added to another random, not yet hijacked Console in the level
- if hijacked Console is the last one in the level, gain 50 * BASE Console PWR instead.
- this augment does not affect gaining PWR/money with Econ Chips from Consoles, and does not scale with Hacking or any other items/augments that increase PWR gained from Consoles.

* Changed "Guard Loot Rebalance" generation option, now allows for specify where new disposable items can be looted.
* Weak Paralyzer: increased KO time to 4 (from 2) turns.
* Disposable Cloaking Rig: Can now be used when spotted.
* Jury-rigged EMP Pack: Increased range to 4 and EMP time to 4 turns.
* All disposables now sell for 20 Credits (was 50).
