* Fixed Portable Server 4 having to low price.
* Fixed Mil-Stim I having no cooldown.
* Fixed Flicker Cloak IV cloaking other agents in guard vision.
* Fixed all Portable Server 4 family not using charges.
* Changed Chameleon Cloaks III and IV, now they allow movement for 6/12 AP total over cloak's duration.
* Raised all Flicker Cloaks I-IV cooldowns to 8/6/6/6 turns.

- Removed Dermal Armor (too OP, even if very rare), Shock Traps (too OP), Proximity Mines(to crude mechanics and visual errors) and Disrupters (to niche, obsolete with updated tier 4 weapons).
* Rebalanced DLC tier 4 items. Mostly increased number of charges.
* Shielding Rig PWR cost decreased by 2 (now 8).
+ Added/Changed most item families to have 3 sub-types up to tier 4 with clear progression.
