* Reduced Buster Chip Anarchy requirement to level 2.
* Increased Buster Chip CR cost (450 -> 550).
* Starting turn in sight of a guard while using Hostage Monitor augment increases alarm level.
* Hostage Monitor augment now requires it's user to face directly opposite to guards in order to work.

* Fixed Thermal Disrupter 1 changes no being applied.
* Fixed Thermal Disrupters nor reverting to default when mod is off.
* Thermal and Neural Disrupters have cooldowns changed (2,4,6,8 -> 3,4,5,6).
* Distributed Processing CR cost decreased (650 -> 300).
* Distributed Processing PWR generated increased (1 per 3 turns -> 1 per 2 turns).
+ Added noise to most weapons, darts are less loud than lethal guns in general.
+ Added Hostage Monitor augment.

V2.11
+ Added Neurological Paralyzer, either +1 KO time on downed guard, or neutralizes senses of consious guard for 1 turn.
+ Added Ping Pistol, used only on overwatch, stops guards in their tracks without alerting them for 1 PWR. Does not work on alerted guards.
+ Added Wallet item, can be looted from guards, then throw it to distract them (or sell it).
* Sub. Cloak Projector PWR costs are increased to 5 on activation and 4 to sustain it.
* Subdermal Cloak has it's PWR use reduced to 3.
* X-Ray gun cost increased slightly (900 -> 1000 CR).
* Increased cooldown on all cloaks by 3-4 turns.

* Fixed Camera Canister description.
* Distributed Processing gives PWR every 3 turns instead of randomly.
* Cooker can blow up K&O Turrets in 1 shot.
* Biogenic D.A.R.T has armor piercing removed, KO time reduced to 1 turn and cost decreased to 900 CR.

* Gamma Beam Generator has it's cooldown extended to 15 turns.
* K&O Pistol renamed do Corpoorate Sidearm, added to nanofabs, can switch between lethal and KO damage.
* Neural D.A.R.T has +2 KO damage when target is at most 4 tiles away, this makes it not obsolete to Riot D.A.R.T.
* Smoke Grenade is now a reusable item, 5 turn cooldown and 2 charges.
+ Added D.A.R.T Bio Reactor, +1 KO damage to ranged weapons.
+ Added back Dermal Armor, now protects agains single hit.

V2.7
* Fixed DLC/AGP check, thanks to Cyberboy2000. Please update Sim Constructor.
* Changed Gamma Pulse Rifle to Armor Piercing 2 and no cooldowns.
* Changed Lock Decoder, now works only on Vault/Locked Elevator Exit, requires 10 turns to unlock them.
+ Added Remote Door Controller, as per sugestion.
