Fixed Conscripts Support Tactics commander
Fixed Royal Engineer Regiment commander
Tankoviy Battalion Command now enables a new Order 227 ability (a combination of the unused No Retreat No Surrender! and Hold the Line! abilities) [EXPERIMENTAL]
Mechanized Armor Kampaneya now enables the Transfer Orders ability (from the original singleplayer campaign) [EXPERIMENTAL]
Penal Battalion target size slightly reduced
M3A1 scout car - some of its vet 2 accuracy bonus moved to vet 1
ZiS-3 Light Artillery Barrage ability significantly buffed and can be used for free, but now requires an upgrade to unlock
T-70 main gun area of effect profile improved
SU-76M Light Artillery Barrage ability somewhat buffed
T-34/76 and T-34/85 get new Camouflage Ambush ability (works the same way as Tank Ambush in vanilla) after purchasing an upgrade
Katyusha AoE damage profile brought back up to current Panzerwerfer level
Scorched Earth Policy renamed to Katyusha Overwatch and given a new icon

T-34/76 hitpoints standardized with most medium tanks (somewhat reduced)
T-34 (76 and 85) area of effect profile somewhat reduced
Ostwind (both Ostheer and OKW) fuel cost reduced
Ostruppen rifle accuracy restored to vanilla
Centaur anti-air tank fuel cost somewhat reduced
Cromwell medium tank area of effect profile improved (better against infantry)
British tank offensive grenade detonation times reduced

Penal Battalion rifle accuracy very very slightly increased
Satchel Charge countdown time reduced
ZSU M17 MGMC (M5 half-track w/Anti-Air Package upgraded) accuracy slightly increased
Counterattack Tactics commander: KV-1 replaced with T-34/85
Soviet Reserve Army commander: M-42 replaced with KV-1

Fixed territory-point-related bugs (Opel Blitz/ZiS-6 Lockdown & Advanced Warning)
All armored light vehicle hitpoints somewhat increased (half-tracks can survive two hits from a medium-caliber AT gun) [EXPERIMENTAL]
Eastern Front teching cost and time adjusted to be more competitive with Western Front and British teching [EXPERIMENTAL]
Osttruppen cover bonus significantly reduced and base rifle stats improved (especially damage)
Fallschirmjäger FG42 accuracy slightly increased
17-pounder emplacement given penetrating rounds by default; damage somewhat increased; Fire Flare ability moved from garrison bonus to vet 1 bonus

P-47 Strafing Run - various changes made to attempt to improve its performance
Kübelwagen vet 1 bonus changed to Crew Repair (Detection ability no longer requires vet) and vet 3 bonus changed to territory capture
Wurfrahmen 40 rockets given significant penetration (had none before)
Wurfrahmen 40 rockets now apply one of five possible criticals to vehicles
105mm Howitzer Barrage is cheaper and fires fewer shells by default, but fires more bonus shells (still dependent on your stored munitions) than before
Infantry Section Lee Enfield rifle accuracy very slightly increased
Mortar emplacement heavy round reload time increased (but still shorter than before)
Land Mattress MRL area of effect somewhat reduced
