Version 1.1.3:

Fixed a bug in the transformer exploit patch that caused it to always apply
Fixed a bug in the Power tick that resulted in network with no actual current draw being told there was no power available (this did not affect networks with anything actually drawing power)
Fixed a bug where the cable analyzer always reported 0W "Actual" use

Added small reversed breaker
Added a patch which helps mitigate the transformer power exploit. Due to how the power system works, it cannot be entirely eliminated.
Improved the circuit breaker tooltip slightly
