-changed priority to -100 to match gic
-this was done to fix an issue were either custom races would crash the game OR frackin races depending on the mod order whitin your steam collection, they should now be working fine.

-Added required mod: GIC [v4.0+] - Vanilla Content Re-Enabler

-Frackin requieres a moon biome to spawn and GiC 4.0 does not have one, it needs to be re-enabled throught additional mods.
