Buffs
+ Jab has earlier cancels to make connecting easier
+ Jab 1 comes out 1 frame faster
+ USpecial has a windbox that can pull players towards Plant
+ When hit by ptooie after its parried you will now always be sent upwards (makes it a lot safer on recovery as you wont be murdered by it spiking you at 100mph)
+ UTilt is 5 frames faster
+ If you have more than 100% poison charge, doing BAir will make a poison explosion instead! (This works the same as the FSpecial poison cloud, so fire-flower has its own special variant)
+ BAir's explosion hitbox length increased 1 > 3
+ DSpecial now pushes you forward slightly if you tilt whilst grounded

Nerfs
- Jab no longer has reduced drift multiplier due to the earlier cancels
- UTilts on hit cancel is 3 frames longer before you can act

Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed a bug that would cause CPU Plants to hold DTilt and UTilt
+ Fixed several misc interactions with powerups
+ Fixed several things about the angle 0 effect
+ Upon reaching full charge of FSpecial you will keep the Putrid Piranha colors and also passively emit particles
+ Changed how BAir's explosion worked, making it be a projectile rather than a melee hitbox. It still functions the same, though.
+ Added Mega Mushroom variants to Ice and Bubble explosions
+ Tweaked the bubble explosion slightly
+ Fixed some issues with recoloring and DSpecial
+ Mitigated janky hud arrow movement with UTilt
