Fix to duplicate XCOM 1 combat songs causing issues

Fixed a bad loop on TLP victory song

Added 3 non-WOTC Xcom 2 combat songs:

Ambush
New World Order
Last Hope

Find them in the ini easily by searching for X2O (short for Xcom 2 Original)

Added 5 songs from the pre-WOTC XCOM 2 OST:

XCOM_OST_Restoration_X2_Strategy.Music.XCOM2_HQ_Stage_Three_alt_Cue ;an alternate Stage 3

XCOM_OST_Restoration_X2_Strategy.Music.XCOM2_Squad_Loadout_Original_Cue ;the original squad loadout song, see comments

XCOM_OST_Restoration_X2_Strategy.Music.XCOM2_Game_Over_Cue ;replaced lose credits song with this one, which I think is more correct?

XCOM_OST_Restoration_X2_Strategy.Music.XCOM2_HQ_Stage_One_Out_of_the_Ashes_Cue ;by request, Out of the Ashes has been added as a chapter 1 HQ theme.
