- Added Whitelisting/Blacklisting of weapons that will process and be added to the menu
- Access it i nSpawnmenu -> options -> wetools -> loadout options

- POINTS WILL RESET TO DEFAULT ( 200 ) WITH THIS UPDATE

- Prevented players from opening the menu until weapon data is finished loading
- Added "wblloadout_sv_disableweaponspawning (default 0)". A optional feature to disable weapons from being spawned in the spawn menu
- Added a delay on the weapon data processing
- Fixed some weapons not showing their icons properly
- Hard coded to add the (Authentic) Counter Strike source Sweps

- Fixed the size of texts on the "are you sure you want to unlock" and "you have unlocked" windows
- Added feature for Sandbox Wanted System so that you gain 100 points when killing all VIPs "ending the game"

- Slowed down the processing of weapon data, should probably prevent crash due to intense lag (Hopefully fixes crashes)
