Optimized Code. Huge amounts of change. Some codes are re-written from scratch. I can't list all of changes, I lost track of them.


Major Changes:
1) StatWorker now updates every 3000 ticks (about 50 seconds real-time). I hope this'll finally eliminate the performance issue. If players still experience slowdowns, I’ll extend it to 10000 ticks or higher.

1. Tried to manage TPS drop issue.
2. Added condition check so that only player pawns can get the buff.

1. Added second research project, that gives temporary stat buff. This'll get rid of power creeps.
2. Added "Remove buffs from Repeatable Research" button at mod options.
