- a lot of fixes
- small changes and fixes to map0
- map1 and map2 have gotten a visual update

- possibly fixed a case in which sometimes free weapons just would disappear from the loadout menu screen
- economy changes
- game now saves when a new wave starts
- you can now choose the update 1.4 OST (Eradicate, Sulfur, Trigger)
- you can now choose IV1R OST (but only if you have the IV1R DLC)
- fixed a pretty common crash related to shell casings
- fixed a crash related to dialogue options when trying to load a save
