- EDF mechanic – a decisions group that will help you fight the Zombies. You can also create a global alliance of all countries in the world.
- Invasion warnings are now displayed. The region where Zombies will appear is shown on the map and in the decisions tab.
- Zombies now only gradually destroy a state's population and can no longer fully eliminate it, leaving up to 500k people alive.
